I was sick... All they cared about was that I would get out of the wheelchair and walk – in their timing – when they prayed for me, for their purpose – or it was my weakness and my lack of faith. It was not that my legs could not walk – it was deeper than that. No one realized I would not be well for 19 years. It would take God 19 years to heal me. He knows what we need. He sees beyond the metal wheelchair, the broken body, the bruised mind. May we see like He does, feel like He does and love like He does. God forgive us for those times we don’t. Sitting in a Bible Study the words flowed to me I ran to the back room wrote them down and came back to the study and sang the song. No one knew I had just “downloaded” it from heaven.
